ANNUAL PRIVACY POLICY FOR CITIZENS SECURITY BANK & TRUST CO.
We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean Citizens Security Bank & Trust Company. This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean the following types of customers:
- Deposit account
- Loan account
- Safe Deposit Box
- Self-Directed Individual Retirement Account
We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information.

We may disclose the following information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have a joint marketing agreement:
- Information we receive from you on an application or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, date of birth, phone numbers, and E-Mail addresses
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, rates, account activity, longevity of relationships
- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.
CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We may report information about your account to the credit bureau. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
If you decide to close your account(s), or become an inactive customer we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
