We give special attention to new hires, with an orientation process designed to offer them the time necessary to develop a comfortable familiarity with their own department and coworkers, and every department within the bank. We also put all new hires through an extensive training process that includes creative orientation, departmental observation, simulation training, and on-the-job supervisor training.

Our training doesn't stop once orientation is complete, though. Continuous learning is an important part of the Citizens Security Bank culture, and our interactive and dynamic training makes for an innovative means of equipping our employees with the knowledge to masterfully apply our range of products while providing personal and attentive customer-oriented service.

We don't foster the high-pressure work environments that prove detrimental to bank/client relationships. Our managers understand that part of providing a positive and nurturing environment is knowing when to simply step back and let our bankers do what they've been trained to do.  As a result, our employees enjoy the confidence and freedom to apply their skills and excel at their position.
