We give special attention to new hires, with an orientation
process designed to offer them the time necessary to develop a
comfortable familiarity with their own department and coworkers,
and every department within the bank. We also put all new hires
through an extensive training process that includes creative
orientation, departmental observation, simulation training, and
on-the-job supervisor training.
Our training doesn't stop once orientation is complete, though.
