1. If you are locked out of your account
or have forgotten your password, please click the "Password
Reset" button to the right of the CSB
Internet Banking PIN box. This is on the log
in page of online banking.
2. You will need to enter your
CSB Internet Banking ID that you
normally use to log in, your e-mail address that we have on file,
and an e-mail subject. The e-mail subject is
simply what will appear on the subject line of the e-mail you will
receive once you click Submit.
3. Click Submit.
4. A screen will pop up that says,
"Information Message: Thank you. You will receive an
e-mail shortly with instructions on how to reset your PIN."
5. Check your e-mail. You should
have received an e-mail from pinreset@citizenssecurity.com
and the subject should be what you entered a moment ago in the
e-mail subject.
6. Open this e-mail. It will say,
"You have requested that your CSB Internet Banking ID PIN be
restored. To confirm this request, please
click here." This link is only valid for 2
hours, so it is best to follow these steps
immediately.
7. Once you have clicked on this link,
you will be asked for your CSB Internet
Banking ID again (this is the one you always use to sign
in) and the answer to your security question. Fill in these
blanks and click Submit.
8. If you filled these out correctly, you
will get a message that says "Information message: Your PIN
has been successfully update." You may try logging in again
now or later.
9. The next time you log in, you will use
your CSB Internet Banking ID and
your new CSB Internet Banking
PIN. Your PIN has been reset to the last four digits
of your social security number or tax ID number.
10. Once you have successfully logged in
again, you will automatically be prompted to change your PIN from
the last four digits of your SSN or TIN to a new PIN. This
must be a new PIN and one you have not used the last four
times.
