Mobile Banking, then download our App from the Android
Market and you are good to go!
To enroll in Mobile Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Click on the "Personal Options" tab after you are logged
in.
- Click on "Mobile Settings".
- Answer the questions and agree to the terms.
- You will be sent a text message to the mobile phone number you
provided (Android users see the directions below). The text
message will contain a website address that you will need to follow
to access your accounts.
- At the website, sign in using the same username and password as
your Online Banking account to access Mobile Banking.
It's that easy! You're ready to "Simplify Your Life" with
the convenience of Mobile Banking.
Android App:
Follow the steps above for Mobile Banking but you will not need
to go to the website from the text message you receive.
- Go to the Android Market on your phone
- Search for Citizens Security Bank or CSB Mobile.
- Download the App.
- Sign in using the same username and password as your Online
Banking account to access Mobile Banking.
Now you are ready for Citizens Security Bank Mobile Banking -
anytime, anywhere.
