We offer an iPhone App!  Simply sign up for Mobile Banking, then download our App from the Apple App Store and you are good to go!

We updated our iPhone app on November 22, 2011.  If you downloaded your app previous to this day, you will need to delete the app you have on your phone and download the new one.  If you downloaded your app on or after November 22 you have the updated version. 

THE LAST DAY THE OLD iPHONE APP WILL WORK IS MONDAY, JANUARY 9. 2012.

To enroll in Mobile Banking:

  • Log in to Online Banking.
  • Click on the "Personal Options" tab after you are logged in.
  • Click on "Mobile Settings".
  • Answer the questions and agree to the terms.
  • You will be sent a text message to the mobile phone number you provided (iPhone users see the directions below).  The text message will contain a website address that you will need to follow to access your accounts.
  • At the website, sign in using the same username and password as your Online Banking account to access Mobile Banking.

It's that easy!  You're ready to "Simplify Your Life" with the convenience of Mobile Banking.

iPhone App:

Follow the steps above for Mobile Banking but you will not need to go to the website from the text message you receive.

  • Go to the App Store on your iPhone
  • Search for Citizens Security Bank.
  • Download the App.
  • Sign in using the same username and password as your Online Banking account to access Mobile Banking.

Now you are ready for Citizens Security Bank Mobile Banking - anytime, anywhere.
