Definitions to some important terms:

An Affiliate is a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us or a company that is owned by or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us.
A Nonaffiliated third party is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.
Collection of Financial Information
Most of the information is provided by you when requesting a service, product or employment from us. As part of doing business, we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others,
- Information about your transactions with nonaffiliated third parties,
- Information from a consumer reporting agency,
- Information from checking systems and
- Information from Internet Banking.
Sharing Information About You

We may report information about your account to consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.

Our employees have access to customer information only at a level needed to enable them to perform their job responsibilities.
